At CulinaeTalea, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all attendees. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding ticket cancellations, refunds, and event changes.

 

General Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases outlined below.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Hello@culinaetalea.com] with proof of purchase.

 

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

 

1. Event Cancellation

• If the event is canceled by the organiser, attendees are entitled to a full refund of their ticket purchase.

• Refunds will be processed automatically within 7 business days to the original payment method.

 

2. Event Postponement

• If the event is rescheduled, all purchased tickets will be valid for the new date.

• If an attendee cannot attend the rescheduled date, they may request a refund within 24hrs of the announcement.

 

3. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

• Refunds will be issued for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

No-shows: Refunds will not be issued if an attendee fails to attend the event.

Partial Attendance: No refunds will be given for partial participation.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for changes in personal circumstances.

Third-Party Fees: Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable.

 

Ticket Transfers & Name Changes

• Tickets are non-transferable to another attendee.

 

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to reflect in your account.
